Terms and Conditions for Payment Plans

Effective Date: March 1, 2025

By booking a trip with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following payment terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a payment.

1. Payment Plan Options & Deadlines

We offer three payment options for your convenience. All payments must be completed in full by June 1, 2025 to secure your spot on the trip. Failure to meet the deadlines may result in cancellation and forfeiture of any payments made.

A. Three-Month Payment Plan ($1,000 Deposit + 3 Payments)

• Final Payment Deadline: June 1, 2025
• First installment must start in March 2025
• Cutoff Date to Select This Plan: March 1, 2025
• After March 1, 2025, this plan will no longer be available.

B. Two-Month Payment Plan ($2,500 Deposit)

• Final Payment Deadline: June 1, 2025
• First installment must start in April 2025
• Cutoff Date to Select This Plan: April 1, 2025
• After April 1, 2025, this plan will no longer be available.

C. Pay in Full Option

• Final Payment Deadline: June 1, 2025
• Cutoff Date: June 1, 2025
• This option remains open until the final deadline.

2. Disclaimer and Payment Obligations

• All payments must be completed in full by June 1, 2025 (45 days before the trip).
• Failure to complete payments by June 1, 2025, will result in cancellation and forfeiture of payments made.
• All sales are final. No refunds or payment extensions will be granted.

3. Cancellation and Forfeiture Policy

• If you fail to complete payments by the stated deadlines, your booking will be canceled.
• Any payments made will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
• No exceptions will be made for missed payments.

4. Acknowledgment of Terms

By booking your trip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. You acknowledge that failure to comply with the payment deadlines will result in cancellation and forfeiture of all payments made.
